					<description>Roll the snowball is a good metaphor - don't try and roll it uphill if you can help it and get someone to assist you to work round or over the obstacles... Just the tonic for reflective-observer types like me. 
Great blog by the way - You got 2 comments and the original blogger didn't get any. Maybe black isn't a good colour for a blog.</description>

					<description>I'm sure everyone involved in the online world experiances this. I know I certainly do. My computer seems to be full of half finished projects. 
The problem is, when I think of an idea I get excited about it and get cracking on it. Then I think of another idea and get cracking on that. Before long, I have too many projects on the go to finish any of them! I just need to concentrate on one or two at a time!</description>
